DELTA®-FOOTING BARRIER is a simple solution to the capillary wicking problem.
Capillary rise through footings is a major problem if foundation perimeter walls are finished or insulated. The footings are in constant contact with wet soil.
Capillary wicking transports moisture from the footings up into the bottom part of the wall. Vapor diffusion can continue to carry the moisture into interior wall cavities where it can cause mould and rot.
